Letter To Editor: Parkland Puzzler
There is so much in the news about how little public money there is to go around, and how on account of that many services are being cut. Public schools are affected. Police and fire departments are affected. The Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board can barely keep up with elm disease damage this summer.
With so much money shortage, why is the Park Board spending tax dollars constructing useless and not very attractive structures on parkland? ...
