Like Commissioner Dziedzic before me I went to the Gambling Control Board in Roseville and paid my money ($9.75) to get a copy of the report. How he managed to snare not once but twice the post of Superintendent of the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board is hard for me to fathom.
I asked the nice folks at the Gambling Control Board ( who couldn't have been more helpful and in no way predatory) if I could copy the file now that I had paid for it or post it online. They said that it is public information. So enjoy a most colorful Investigative Report ( the best read is in file 05 ) and all the other documents free of charge. ( it's a pretty big file ) Read and form your own opinion.
