Crown Hydro Amendment And Extension Requests Denied
From the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) document:
The Director orders:
(A) The licensee's amendment application to change project design and to relocate the powerhouse filed on April 4, 2002, and supplemented on July 1 and December 13, 2002, is dismissed.
(A) The licensee's request for an additional extension of time to file an acceptable conveyance of Park Board land, or evidence regarding the right to use eminent domain authority under FPA Section 21, is denied.
(B) This order constitutes final agency action. Requests for a rehearing by the Commission may be filed within 30 days of the date of issuance of this order, pursuant to 18 C.F.R. * 385.713.
