* 5:30PM -- PUBLIC HEARING on the proposed DeLaSalle Athletic Stadium to be built on park property on Nicollet Island.
* An action item forwarded by the staff to pursue a retributive attack on the Padelford Boat company, said action item containing patently false statements about raw sewage which could open the Park Board (and hence the taxpayer) to liability for a libel lawsuit.
