STUDY SESSION - 2007 BUDGET

Park staff will be conducting a Study Session on Wednesday, October 25 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the Minnehaha Training Room for the purpose of addressing 2007 Budget Issues.

By having these "study sessions" the main comments made about the budget are all "off the record" . Are our commissioners afraid that something they say here may be used against them at some future point? Move the group 50 ft to the East and they are in the boardroom with all the recording technology right there. Call it a meeting of the "Committee of the Whole" and make it official. What is it they do not want to be quoted on???
