During the discussion of Crown Hydro at the August 15th meeting, Commissioner Dziedzic had planned to make a motion to remove Crown Hydro from any further consideration. Commissioner Nordyke requested that the board wait until Commissioner Merrill Anderson was available to vote on the issue as well, and thus came the motion to table. It is possible that this item could be added to the agenda during the Sept. 5th board meeting. My question would be.... can they make this go away permanently or does it return again in 2010 if a new-- Crown Hydro friendly --board is seated?
