Another Park Board Mystery

This want-ad was discovered on the Skipperliner Website. So what's going on here? The Park Board has a contract with SkipperLiner and the Minneapolis Queen. There's been no mention of SkipperLiner or Paradise Cruises during any Park Board meeting for quite sometime even though there are references to SkipperLiner in the e-mails I was given as a result of a recent Data Practices request. Why would SkipperLiner be ditching the Minneapolis Queen when it's under contract?
